In a dominant team display, the Brewton-Parker Barons volleyball team cruised to victory in their match against the Wesleyan College Wolves at Gillis Gymnasium on September 9, 2025. The Barons swept the Wolves in straight sets to take home the win. The match began strongly for the Barons, who took the first set 25-15. Their momentum didn't wane as they replicated the same score in set two. By the third set, the Barons showcased their superiority decisively, overwhelming the Wolves with a score of 25-7 to end the game. Contributions came from all corners of the team. Adriana De Jesus and Taylor Lamontagne led the offensive efforts with eight kills each, supported notably by Ryann Prince, who also added a block to her performance. The defensive play was equally strong; Alana Garcia recorded four digs and a remarkable seven aces, with Raphaela Felisbereto contributing six digs, three aces, and 17 assists, leading in assists for the game.
