In a challenging evening for the Brewton-Parker Barons, the team faced a tough loss against the Keiser Seahawks with a final score of 106-53 in their regular season non-conference basketball game on November 26, 2024, at West Palm Beach, Fla. (SLC). The Barons found themselves at a significant disadvantage by halftime with a score of 25-61. Keiser dominated the game from the start, maintaining a commanding lead that was never relinquished. Contributing to the Barons' struggles were numerous turnovers and missed shots, which allowed the Seahawks to capitalize and extend their lead throughout the contest. Key performances for Brewton-Parker came from Dre Burroughs who led with 13 points. Additional contributions were made by Tommy J Tisdale III with 8 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 blocks, and Ferlin Joseph Jr., who added 6 points and 4 rebounds. The team's overall effort showcased moments of resilience despite the overwhelming score.
