Quinn Davis Opens ARCA Menards Series East Season With 16th-Place Finish at Hickory

The #85 Ford and driver Quinn Davis opened the ARCA Menards Series East season with a 16th-place finish in the Cook Out 200 at Hickory Motor Speedway, as McKee took the checkered flag ahead of Reaves and Kitzmiller. Racing for City Garage Motorsports, Davis brought the Orlando Health Ford home with 28 points in the season-opening event at the Newton, N.C., oval.

The race marked the start of a new campaign for Davis, the 17-year-old driver beginning her first season with City Garage Motorsports. On a night where the front of the field was decided by the leaders, the focus for the #85 Ford was on completing the opener cleanly, building rhythm and gathering points in the series standings. Davis' 16th-place result gave the team a foundation to build from as the schedule moves deeper into the spring.
