In a commanding display of skill and teamwork, the Baraboo High School varsity boys basketball team clinched a significant win against the Portage Warriors with a final score of 82-49 on January 31, 2025, at Baraboo High School. The Thunderbirds' triumph bolsters their season record to 11-6, with a strong showing in conference play at 6-2. The game started off competitive, but the Thunderbirds took control by halftime, leading the Warriors 41-22. A pivotal moment came right after the break, as Baraboo opened the second half with a decisive 13-2 run, effectively sealing the game early with their dynamic offense and tight defense.
