The Baraboo Boys Basketball Thunderbirds marked a spectacular win in their first match of the regular season, defeating the Portage Warriors with a staggering 82-47 score. The game, part of the 'Rock the Gym' event, took place on November 25, 2025, in Baraboo. From the outset, the Thunderbirds showcased an intense defense and fast pace, going on a commanding 26-1 run. This display set the tone for the rest of the game. By halftime, Baraboo had solidified a significant lead, with the scoreboard reading 48-21 in their favor. This robust performance was sustained throughout the game, concluding with a final score of 82-47. In offensive highlights, four players reached double figures, with Brady Bauer leading by scoring 17 points.
