Bishop Foley Blanks Genesee Christian 3-0 in Hot Conditions

Bishop Foley Catholic posted a 3-0 victory over the Genesee Christian Soldiers on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at 32000 N Campbell Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071, continuing its strong start to the season with a balanced performance. Max Ensley, Cole Brinkmeier and Carmelo Martinez each scored for the Ventures, while the defense completed the shutout.

The Ventures handled difficult conditions throughout the 5 p.m. match. The temperature was 91 degrees at kickoff, just below the day's high of 93, with partly cloudy skies and winds of 14 mph. Bishop Foley maintained its effectiveness in the heat and finished with three goals.
