The Central Lake Trojans secured a decisive victory against the Ellsworth Lancers at the Central Lake High School during the Central Lake Annual Holiday Tournament on December 22, 2025. This non-conference varsity basketball game showcased the Central Lake Trojans' strong defensive capabilities and scoring prowess, ending with a resounding score of 62-26 in favor of the Trojans.

The game began closely with the Trojans leading the first quarter 14-12. The Trojans' defense shined, holding the Lancers to a mere 14 more points for the remainder of the game. Notably, Joelyssa Hayden emerged as the game's top scorer with an impressive 25 points. Other significant contributors included Claire Shooks and Myla Hibbard, who scored 11 points each, followed by Abby Miller who added 10 points and Aspen Evans with 4 points.
