In an impressive display of skill and teamwork, the Nordonia High School Knights Girls Varsity Volleyball team secured a resounding victory against the Shaker Heights High School Raiders in the OHSAA District Semi-Final Tournament on October 20, 2025. The match was hosted at Nordonia High School, where the Knights showcased their dominance on the court, winning in straight sets with scores of 25-12, 25-5, and 25-8. The Knights were led by standout performances from Rylee Kinnell, who notched 13 kills, and Addison Lefeld, contributing significantly with 5 kills, 8 digs, and 4 aces. Madison Dupont also played a pivotal role with 5 kills and 4 aces. Avrey Palinkas facilitated the team's offense with 17 assists, demonstrating her pivotal role in setting up plays.
