Tree of Life Christian School Trojans Battled Well in Golf Dual Match Against Pleasant
The Tree of Life Christian School Trojans showcased a solid performance in their latest golf encounter during the dual match against Pleasant MS at Three Sticks Golf Club. Held on a perfect 80-degree day, the middle school level Trojans competed in a 9-hole stroke play event on the par 30 course, dated September 29, 2025. Top individual performers for the Trojans included Rylei Domeck, who led the team with a score of 44. Following closely were James McDaniel with a score of 45, and Gus Cradic, who posted a 47. Special highlights of the match included Rylei Domeck securing 2 pars, and Gus Cradic making an exceptional birdie 3 on the par 4 seventh hole, which was highlighted by a spectacular 2nd from under a tree landing 2 ft from the hole. The Trojan team score was 185, one of their best scores of the year, but we fell short to a good Pleasant Middle School team. Their score was 145. Reflecting on the season and this performance, the coach expressed satisfaction with the team's improvements and individual performances, emphasizing personal contentment and the pursuit of continuous improvement. With the regular season wrapping up, the Trojans look forward to competing in the end-of-season tournament scheduled at Urbana Country Club on October 4, 2025.
