The Tree of Life Christian School Trojans participated in the MOCAL Tournament on September 16, 2025, at Cumberland Trail. Competing against several schools including Granville Christian Academy and Liberty Christian Academy, the Trojans finished 5th among six teams in this varsity boys' golf event under sunny skies and 80-degree weather. The format of the match was Team Gross with strokes counting towards the team's total score. Granville Christian took home the league championship with a total score of 342. The Trojans, however, posted a score of 436, marking an improvement from last year's performance. Isaac Padgett represented the Tree of Life Christian School standout performers with a score of 101, placing 14th out of 33 competitors. The next challenge for the Trojans is the sectional tournament scheduled at Oakhaven on September 23, 2025. With a current season record of 2-10, the team aims to continue their competitive strides. As Coach Holahan noted, the MOCAL this year was highly competitive, and the Trojans' score was a respectable achievement on a difficult course. The team looks forward to their upcoming opportunity to advance their standings in the next tournament.
