Union Grove Blanks Wilmot 14-0 Behind 11-Player Scoring Effort
Union Grove converted its attacking depth into a decisive result Tuesday afternoon, defeating Wilmot 14-0 in Union Grove. Eleven Broncos scored in the victory, led by three players with two goals apiece, while the defense completed the shutout under clear skies and 78-degree conditions.
Cam DaPra, Frank Zimmerman and Cameron Carson led the scoring with two goals each, accounting for six of Union Grove’s 14 goals. Frank Zimmerman also contributed an assist, adding a playmaking role to a two-goal performance as the Broncos consistently turned attacking opportunities into goals.
The scoring extended throughout the lineup. Sean Barsch, Mason Rick, Lucas Boll, Urijah Rosa, Colt Danielson, Brennan Moore, Jordy DaPra and Tay Seisay each scored once. Lucas Boll and Brennan Moore also recorded assists, giving both players a hand in multiple goals during the victory.
Union Grove’s balance made the difference. The Broncos did not have to depend on one primary finisher, instead receiving goals from 11 players and assists from three of the scorers. That variety allowed the attack to produce 14 goals while continuing to create opportunities for different players.
The Broncos matched that production with a complete defensive performance, keeping Wilmot off the scoreboard throughout the match. The 14-0 final combined an efficient, deep scoring effort with a clean sheet, giving Union Grove contributions across the lineup on both ends of the field.
