Union Grove Broncos Secure First Win of the Season in a Thrilling Extra-Inning Contest Against Waukesha North

In an exhilarating display of resilience and teamwork, the Union Grove Broncos edged out the Waukesha North in a tight battle, winning their first game of the season 4-3 on a cold night at Frame Park. The game, held on April 3, 2025, saw the Broncos' varsity men's baseball team rise to the occasion in what proved to be a challenging matchup. Union Grove's pitcher Cody Ashburn delivered a strong start, pitching four innings and allowing just two earned runs while striking out four. The relief efforts were led by Jayden King and Kody Hage, the latter of whom closed out the last two innings with no hits and four strikeouts, sealing the win for the Broncos.
