In a challenging Friday night face-off at Union Grove High School, the Men's Varsity Basketball team, the Union Grove High School Broncos, encountered a tough defeat against the Beloit Memorial Purple Knights with a final score of 62-93 on December 5, 2025. Despite home-court advantage, the Broncos struggled to close the sizable gap at halftime, where they trailed 27-50. Griffin Schultz led the scoring for the Broncos with a commendable 23 points, followed by Tyler Johnson with 12 points and Quinn Schultz contributing 9 points. The game also highlighted some key players in terms of assists and rebounds. Tyler Johnson, alongside his scoring, pulled down 7 rebounds and, together with Kellen Vermeer and Quinn Schultz, led the team with 3 assists each.
