In a striking display of skill and teamwork, the Union Grove High School Broncos girls' varsity soccer team clinched a decisive victory against Racine Case with a final score of 9-1 on April 5, 2025. The game, part of their regular season non-conference lineup, was held at Union Grove HS under sunny skies and cool weather, providing ideal conditions for a day of competitive soccer.

From the outset, the Broncos dominated the field, ending the first half with a robust lead of 4-0. The game's momentum continued into the second half, culminating in an imposing 9-1 victory that left Racine Case struggling to keep pace. Rhyan Hood and Gabby Gutman each notched two goals, contributing significantly to the team's success. Marley Busey, Ruby Christiansen, Ava Morrison, and Hannah Svoboda all added to the tally, showcasing a well-rounded attacking front. The game-winning goal came early from Rhyan Hood, setting the tone for the match.

Senior Rhyan Hood's performance was especially noteworthy as she scored two braces and secured the game's first goal. Junior Hannah Svoboda also shined by adding two goals to her name.
