In a gripping volleyball contest held on September 15, 2025, the Union Grove High School Broncos Varsity Boys team triumphed over South Milwaukee United with a final score of 3-1. The match, played at South Milwaukee High School, was a regular season face-off that saw the Broncos recover from an initial setback to clinch the victory.
The first set saw the Broncos trailing, with South Milwaukee taking the lead by securing a 25-21 victory. However, Union Grove bounced back in the second set, edging out South Milwaukee with a tight 26-24 win, which set the tone for the subsequent sets. Dominance was showcased by Union Grove in the third and fourth sets, winning convincingly with scores of 25-12 and 25-13 respectively.
