Union Grove High School Broncos Showcase Resilience at State Cross Country Meet
Union Grove High School Bronco, Sammy Antonneau participated in the WIAA State Cross Country Meet on November 1, 2025, held in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. This pinnacle event attracted formidable competitors from across Wisconsin and highlighted the talents of young athletes in a fiercely competitive environment.
Among the athletes, Sammy Antonneau stood out by representing the Broncos in the Division 1 girls' course. She completed the race with a time of 21:20, securing the 159th position out of 190 runners. The course, noted for its difficulty, tested the limits of all participants, with Antonneau remarking on its challenges post-race. Despite the tough conditions, her performance was a testament to the rigorous training and preparation led by the Broncos' coaching staff.
