Bay High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team Faces Setback Against Rocky River
The Bay High School Rockets faced a challenging outing at the Bay Memorial Stadium on March 25, 2025, as they clashed with the Rocky River Pirates in a regular season lacrosse battle. Despite the cold weather and a tough opponent, the Rockets displayed commendable efforts but ultimately fell to the Pirates with a final score of 14-5.
The game started on a rough note for the Rockets, who trailed significantly at halftime with a score of 1-7. Bay High School's Rocco Ereditario emerged as a significant player, scoring three goals, while Grady Joyce managed to score a goal and assist another. Joseph Boushelle contributed with a goal, and John Messmore provided pivotal plays with two assists. On the defensive side, Ereditario also delivered substantial performance, especially at the faceoff X.
