Bay High School Lacrosse Varsity Boys Face Tough Loss Against Orange
In a challenging rainy day lacrosse battle at Bay Memorial, the Bay High School Rockets' varsity boys' team faced a tough defeat against their rivals, Orange, with a final score of 8-6 on April 5, 2025.
From the onset, the weather proved difficult, influencing the game's dynamics and strategy. Despite trailing 4-1 at halftime, the Rockets displayed resilience and determination. Grady Joyce's exceptional performance, scoring four goals, and John Messmore contributing two were highlights for the Bay High School team.
Goalie Sean Kraft played a critical role in this contest. Demonstrating impressive skills, Kraft made numerous tough saves that were pivotal in keeping the Rockets competitive throughout the game. His efforts earned him additional recognition for his commitment and skill under pressure.
Orange managed to maintain their lead and ultimately secured the victory. The loss moves Bay High School's record to 4-3 for the season.
