In an exhilarating hockey showdown at the Brooklyn Ice Arena on January 23, 2025, the Bay High School Rockets demonstrated remarkable skill, triumphing over the Brooklyn HS Hurricanes with a commanding 4-1 score. This vital regular season victory enhances the Rockets' record to 6-5-2, showcasing their determination and team coherence as they progress through the season.

The game started evenly with both teams locked at 1-1 after the first period, thanks to Jackson Murton's key strike for the Rockets. The momentum shifted in the second period when J.R.
