Bay Rockets Football Faced Defeat Against Ashland Arrows in Season Opener
In their season opener on a sunny afternoon at Ashland High School, the Bay High School Rockets Varsity football team faced a challenging contest against the Ashland High School Arrows, resulting in a final score of 10-43 in favor of Ashland. The game commenced with both teams showing strong defense, but as the game progressed, the Bay Rockets struggled to capitalize on their offensive drives. By halftime, the score stood at Bay 10, Ashland 20. Rocket’s player Rocco Ereditario managed to score a touchdown, contributing the Bay School’s only points for the day. However, the team could not add more to the scoreboard in the second half, while Ashland increased their lead decisively. The Rockets, now with a record of 0-1, are looking to regroup and focus on their next game. They are set to play against University School at University School on August 29, 2025.
