Bay Rockets Tennis Secures Resounding Victory Over Brush Arcs
In an impressive display at Bradley Park on April 17, 2025, the Bay High School's Rockets Boys Varsity Tennis team clinched a decisive 5-0 victory against Brush High School's Arcs in a NEOTA match. The Rockets dominated the courts, showcasing their skill and determination in both Singles and Doubles play. Standout performances were rife throughout the event, with players Leo, Martin, and Nate each securing wins in straight sets during their Singles matches. The victory was particularly sweet for Nate, who celebrated his first Varsity win. In Doubles, the pairings of Jacob/Blaise and Jack/Sacha mirrored this success, also triumphing in straight sets to contribute to the team's clean sweep. This victory has boosted the Rockets' record to 2-3 for the season. With spirits high, the Rockets are now focusing on their next encounter scheduled for April 23, 2025, where they will face Normandy.
