Bay Boys Lacrosse earned an 8-4 road win over Orange on Saturday, using steady offensive pressure and strong work in goal to control the matchup in Pepper Pike.

Rocco Ereditario led the Rockets with four goals, while Grady Joyce added two goals and five assists in Bay's balanced attack. The Rockets' offense applied constant pressure throughout the afternoon, and that sustained push helped create the separation in a game defined by energy, physical play and aggressive defense.

Bay's defense set the tone as well. The Rockets consistently made Orange work for possessions and backed that effort with standout goaltending from James Honicky. While Bay did not provide a save total, Honicky's performance was one of the key factors in holding Orange to four goals and allowing the Rockets to stay in command.

The combination of finishing and distribution made the difference for Bay. Ereditario delivered the top scoring output of the day, and Joyce drove much of the offense as both a scorer and facilitator. His five assists helped the Rockets turn offensive pressure into quality chances, and Bay capitalized often enough to build the winning margin.

The game summary from Bay reflected the style of the contest: lots of energy, great defense, and a physical, aggressive approach. That identity showed up on both ends of the field, with the Rockets pairing disciplined team defense with an attack that kept Orange under stress for long stretches.

Saturday's result gives Bay an impressive 8-4 victory away from home, with its clearest deciding factors coming from Ereditario's four-goal outing, Joyce's seven-point day, and Honicky's strong work in net.
