Bay Varsity Girls Golf Triumphs at Senior Night Match Against North Olmsted
On September 15, 2025, the Bay High School Rockets girls golf team celebrated Senior Night with a commanding victory over North Olmsted, playing at Sweetbriar Golf Course. The 9-hole stroke play match ended with Bay scoring 174, contrasting sharply with North Olmsted's 233. The match was an emotional milestone for the 12 senior players of the Bay Rockets, who all participated in the event, marking their final season. These seniors included Morgan Aquino, Avery Bolwin, Cannon Conley, Amelia Dalalau, Charlotte Fox, Lucy Korth, Hope Rankin, Reese Roche, Annabel Sjoberg, Jill Tennant, Mariah VanNewhouse, and Curran Wank, each receiving recognition during the match. Charlotte Fox led the team with a score of 40, followed closely by teammates Hope Rankin and Amelia Dalalu, who each carded a 44. Cannon Conley also contributed significantly with a score of 46. These top performances were crucial in securing the wide margin of victory over their opponents. Reflecting on the night, the coach commented, 'We are so proud of our seniors for leading this team for the last four years! They have set an amazing standard for Bay Girls Golf!'
