Bay Varsity Girls Tennis Sweeps Victory in Match Against Valley Forge
In a commanding performance, the Bay Girls Varsity Tennis team achieved a remarkable 5-0 victory over Valley Forge on August 25, 2025, at Valley Forge. . Lauren Barrett at 1st Singles displayed dominance by securing wins with scores of 6-1, 6-1. Following suit, Alice Jones at 2nd Singles mirrored Barrett's success, also closing her sets at 6-1, 6-1. The 3rd Singles saw Kathleen Lang facing a slightly stiffer competition, yet she clinched the match with scores of 6-4, 6-3. The 1st Doubles pair, Izzy Frombach and Sophia Dodge, asserted their prowess, winning with a convincing 6-0 in the first set and closing the second set at 4-2 due to a default from the opposing team. Lastly, in the 2nd Doubles, Zoe Norcross and Savannah Keberdie demonstrated excellent teamwork and strategic play, sweeping their match with scores of 6-2, 6-0.
