Fox's Personal Best Leads Golf to Victory Over Beaumont
The Girls Varsity Golf team of Bay High School, secured a notable victory in their recent golf tournament against Beaumont School. The match, held on August 13, 2025, took place at Airport Greens, marking a key event in the season for the Rockets. Using a 9-hole stroke play format, the Bay High School team showcased their skill and coordination, finishing with a score of 183, while Beaumont School recorded a slightly higher score of 191. This victory not only reflects the team's capacity to perform under pressure but also contributes positively to their season record, now standing at one win and two losses. Highlighting individual achievements, Charlotte Fox led the team with a personal best score of 35, earning praise for her exceptional performance. Other significant contributions came from Annabel Sjoberg who scored 42, Cannon Conley with 45, Hope Rankin at 51, Lydia Oldham scoring 53, and Anna Crites who contributed a 56. Each player's performance was vital in securing the overall team win in this closely contested tournament.
