Bay Varsity Girls earned straight-set victories at first singles and first doubles, but Westlake captured the other three points to defeat the Rockets girls tennis team 2-3 on Thursday, Aug. 27, at Bradley Park
Blaire Glass turned in a commanding performance at first singles, winning 6-1, 6-2. The first doubles team of Ella Schelzig and Savannah Keberdle also easily defeated their opponents.
Westlake secured victories over Elizabeth Steele at second singles, Madeline Mahoney at third singles, and Maura Mahoney and Mikayla Long at second doubles.
