Bucks Women’s Bowling Stays Perfect in Conference With Convincing Win at Keystone

The Bucks Women’s Bowling team kept its North Shore Bowling Conference dominance rolling Wednesday night, pushing its league record to a sparkling 15-0 with a decisive 1,826–1,528 victory over Keystone at 48324 OH-18 in Wellington. Behind a deep lineup and clutch Baker games, Buckeye controlled the match from start to finish and added another convincing chapter to an already standout season.

Buckeye’s varsity lineup delivered a strong, balanced effort in traditional games to build a cushion Keystone could not overcome. Addison Fry led the charge with a match-high 339 series, posting games of 161 and 178 that set the tone in both individual rounds. Right alongside her, Riley Onyx turned in a 310 series on games of 160 and 150, providing steady scoring in each game to keep the Bucks comfortably in front.

The Bucks’ depth showed up in a big way as well. Leah Kaczmarski came through with a powerful second game, backing up a 121 opener with a 186 to finish with a 307 series and give Buckeye a critical scoring punch in the middle of the lineup. Laryssa Hartshorn added games of 150 and 99 for a 249 total, while SAW contributed 119 and 115 in her two games, giving the team another consistent scoring option and helping solidify Buckeye’s advantage in total pinfall.

Once the match moved into Bakers, Buckeye slammed the door. The Bucks strung together marks and converted key spares to fire impressive Baker scores of 199 and 188, outpacing Keystone and erasing any hope of a late comeback. Those two team games not only extended the lead on the scoreboard, but also showcased the chemistry and communication that have become trademarks of this undefeated conference run.

From top to bottom, the performance reflected the poise and confidence of a group that expects to compete at a high level every time it hits the lanes. With Fry, Onyx and Kaczmarski all topping the 300 series mark and every bowler finding ways to contribute, the Bucks demonstrated the kind of balance that makes them a tough matchup for any opponent in the NSBC.
