March 2, 2025 GREAT FALLS, Mont. - In an exciting first-round game of the Frontier Conference Tournament, the Carroll Saints, seeded third, claimed a decisive victory over the sixth-seeded Montana State-Northern Lights. The final buzzer sounded a score of 72-60 in favor of the Saints, marking a significant win in their journey through the conference tournament. The game saw Carroll leveraging their neutral court advantage against the MSU-Northern. Coach Dan Pearson led the Saints to this strategic win, helped by standout performances from Isaiah Crane and Derek Kramer. Crane, a dynamic player, spearheaded the offense with 25 points and several critical plays that kept his team ahead throughout the match. Kramer added 14 points to the scoreboard along with a commendable defensive effort, including two blocks that were pivotal in maintaining the Saints' lead.
