Gilmour Academy Lancers Dominate in Swim Meet Against Archbishop Hoban
In a stunning display of skill and coordination, the Gilmour Academy Lancers outperformed the Archbishop Hoban Knights in a varsity swimming meet held on January 14, 2025, at Gilmour Academy. The Lancers showcased their prowess in the pool with commanding victories in both the women's and men's events.
The women's team triumphed with a decisive score of 106-38, while the men's team followed suit, winning 117-41. The meet featured remarkable performances in the 200 Medley Relay and the 400 Freestyle JV, along with notable wins in Events 107 and 108, highlighting the depth and talent of the Lancer squads.
These victories not only highlight the strength of Gilmour Academy's swim program but also set a high bar for their next competition, which will be hosted again at Gilmour Academy on January 16, 2025, against NDCL.
