Gilmour Academy’s Boys Junior Varsity Golf team recorded a 319 to finish 10th among 16 teams Wednesday at the NEO Classic. The Lancers were led by a 76 from Iulius Braho. Luke Woodhouse followed with a 79, giving the Lancers two rounds below 80 and establishing the foundation for their team total.
The rest of the scoring group remained within a narrow range. Liam McCone posted an 81, while Alex Pikovskiy added an 83. Those four scores of 76, 79, 81 and 83 combined for Gilmour’s 319. An additional result for Liam McCone was recorded at 84.
Only seven strokes separated the four counting scores, reflecting a balanced performance across the lineup. The 76 at the top of the card gave Gilmour its strongest individual round, while the 79 provided another important sub-80 contribution. The 81 and 83 completed the team score and helped the JV Lancers secure a top-10 finish in the 16-team field.
