Pattison Scores Twice as Gilmour Draws North Ridgeville 3-3
Gilmour Academy and North Ridgeville finished level at 3-3 on Saturday, Sept. 5, as Kelsey Pattison scored twice to lead the Lancers in a high-scoring home match. Audrey Hastings added Gilmour’s other goal, giving the Lancers three finishes from two standout contributors.
Pattison delivered the leading individual performance for Gilmour, accounting for two-thirds of the team’s scoring. The two-goal effort kept the Lancers in position to earn a result against North Ridgeville and highlighted Gilmour’s ability to generate multiple scoring chances around the goal.
Hastings also made a significant contribution by putting away the Lancers’ third goal. Together, Pattison and Hastings provided the full scoring output for a Gilmour attack that matched North Ridgeville goal for goal by the final whistle.
The Lancers’ defense faced sustained pressure in a match featuring six total goals. Although North Ridgeville found the net three times, Gilmour did enough at the defensive end to preserve the tie while the attack produced the goals needed to secure the result.
Gilmour Academy will remain home for its next match, hosting Chagrin Falls at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sep. 9, 2026.
