KMS Fighting Saints Football Faces Defeat Against West Central Area Knights
In a cloudy day showdown at Barrett, the KMS Fighting Saints 7th grade football team met the West Central Area Knights for a regular season game on October 9, 2025. The game concluded with the Fighting Saints unable to secure a win, ending with a final score of 0-22 against the Knights.
The first half saw the Knights establishing a strong lead with 14 points, while the Fighting Saints struggled to put points on the board, leading to a halftime score of 0-14. Despite efforts in the second half, KMS could not overcome the deficit, ultimately conceding the game with an additional 8 points allowed, and failing to score.
Looking ahead, the Fighting Saints are set to face the Morris Tigers on October 13, 2025, in Murdock. The team, currently holding a record of 1-7 for the season, will aim to leverage their experiences from previous games to improve their performance.
