In an intense WHAC Conference volleyball faceoff, the Lawrence Tech University Blue Devils women's team fell to Cornerstone (MI) with a final score of 1-3 on October 1, 2025, in Grand Rapids, Mich. The match saw the Blue Devils strive for victory but ultimately Cornerstone managed the win.
The Blue Devils began the match with a challenging first set, losing 16-25. They bounced back in the second set, claiming a 25-20 win, ignited by strong performances by Maria Trevino nunez who notched 19 kills throughout the match, and Sydney Eggleton with 13 kills and 19 digs.
