The Lawrence Tech University Blue Devils Women's Volleyball team clinched a hard-fought victory against Bethel College (IN) at the Onset Women's Volleyball Invitational in Fort Wayne, IN on August 22, 2025. The match concluded with a thrilling 3-2 win for the Blue Devils, marking a victorious start to their season under new head coach, Gustavo Heidrich.

The match kicked off positively for the Blue Devils, who took the first two sets with identical scores of 25-19, showcasing their dominance on the court. However, Bethel (IN) rebounded in the third and fourth sets, winning 25-21 and 26-24 respectively, which pushed the match to a deciding fifth set.
