Magnificat High School Blue Streaks Place Third at Norm Bray Invite
The Magnificat High School Blue Streaks Girls Varsity Cross Country team delivered a commendable performance at the Norm Bray Invite held on August 23, 2025, in Fremont, Ohio. Competing against schools such as Bowling Green, Fremont, and Whitmer, the Blue Streaks secured third place out of twelve participating teams.
The students showcased notable individual performances during the race. Megan Martin led the team, finishing 6th with a competitive time of 20:50. Following closely, Lizzie Corrigan claimed the 9th position with a time of 21:07. Ally Liller also made significant strides, finishing 16th by clocking in at 21:48. Additionally, Cassie Cicarella and freshman Nora West highlighted their potential by finishing 20th and 24th with times of 22:09 and 22:21 respectively.
The event was a solid platform for the team to gauge their performance levels early in the racing season, setting a strong precedent for future competitions.
