In an impressive display of teamwork, the JV Blue Streaks from Magnificat High School secured a commanding 48-7 victory over Copley High School in their regular season basketball clash on December 20, 2024. The game, held at Magnificat High School, showcased the Blue Streaks' dominance from the outset, with a staggering halftime lead of 38-3. Key players for Magnificat included Lilly Casterline, who dropped 6 points with two 3-pointers, alongside Avery Maslar and Elise LaPorte, who contributed 8 points each. Gabriella Opron also added 6 points to the tally. Notable performances didn't end with scoring, as Elise LaPorte made numerous steals, and Lizzie Godlewski secured many rebounds, highlighting their defensive approach.
