In a dramatic clash at the Bank of Colorado Event Center on December 2, 2025, the Northeastern Junior College Plainswomen basketball team faced off against the Eastern Wyoming Lancers in a game that pushed the limits, extending into overtime before the Plainswomen were narrowly defeated with a score of 70-72.
