Northeastern Junior College Plainwomen Clinch Victory at NJCAA Volleyball Championships

The Northeastern Junior College volleyball team, showcased exceptional skill and determination as they swept Utah State Eastern Golden Eagles at the NJCAA National Championships in Clarksville, TN. The Plainswomen dominated the court from start to finish, securing a decisive 3-0 victory winning 25-13, 25-14, and 25-10. Samantha Mosley led the charge with 9 kills, while Rosa Brencic and Fran Nuzzo contributed 6 kills each. Key defensive plays were significant in the victory, with Natalie Moore delivering an astounding 7 blocks. Samantha Mosley and Fran Nuzzo also provided critical blocks, tallying 4 and 3 respectively. The defense was further bolstered by Avery Burdette's 8 digs, which were crucial in deflecting the offensive drives by the Golden Eagles.
