Northeastern Junior College Plainswomen Secure Victory Over Ranger College

In a thrilling basketball game played on December 13, 2025, the Northeastern Junior College Plainswomen basketball team emerged victorious against Ranger College with a final score of 69-63. The game was held in Hobbs, NM, marking a significant win for the NJC team towards the end of the semester. Halfway through the game, the Plainswomen were trailing behind with a score of 27-31. However, they managed to rally back, securing the lead and the win by the final whistle. Key players such as Yaly Ben Harush, who scored a high of 20 points, Daniela Garcia Gasco with 17 points and 7 rebounds, and Monique Sena with both 11 points and 6 rebounds, played pivotal roles in the team's success. Both Ben Harush and Sena also led with 3 assists each. Monique Sena's performance earned her the DDC Player of the Game.
