In an overwhelming display of skill and strategy, the Northeastern Junior College Plainswomen secured a resounding victory in their volleyball conference match against the Southeast Community College Bobcats held on October 11, 2025. The match concluded with a final score of NJC 3, Southeast 0, asserting Northeastern's dominance in the conference. From the onset at their home venue, Northeastern Junior College, the Plainswomen set a relentless pace. The first set concluded decisively at 25-11, showcasing a robust start by the Plainswomen. They continued their dominant performance in the second set, ending at 25-10. The third set mirrored the efficiency and skill seen in the earlier games, with Northeastern wrapping it up at 25-9. This flawless win further solidified their impressive seasonal record to 22-3. Highlighting the match was Natalie Moore, whose outstanding performance earned her the DDC player of the match. Moore's exceptional play included 6 kills with no errors, particularly noted for her excellent execution behind the setter. Her contribution was pivotal in the Plainswomen's victory and strategic dominance throughout the match. Looking ahead, the Plainswomen will host their next volleyball match against North Platte Community College on the same day, providing them with a direct opportunity to maintain their winning momentum at their home ground, Northeastern Junior College.
