Fighting Saints open season with straight-set win over Metea Valley

St. Charles East opened its season with a 2-0 victory over Metea Valley on Tuesday night, taking both sets 25-19 at home. The Fighting Saints started the spring with a confident performance, controlling the match from the outset and giving the home crowd plenty to cheer about.

The Saints set the tone early in the opener and stayed steady through the key stretches of both sets. Each game finished with the same 25-19 margin, a sign of how consistently St. Charles East handled the pressure points.
