St Charles East High School Girls Basketball Triumphs in Thanksgiving Tournament

The St Charles East High School Fighting Saints Girls Basketball team clinched a hard-fought victory over the Glenbrook South Titans during the Thanksgiving Tournament at York HS on November 21, 2025. The Fighting Saints secured a 69-62 win in a thrilling display of skills and teamwork.

Brooklyn Schilb led the charge for the Saints, scoring an impressive 30 points. Not far behind, Kathlyn Bainbridge and Addy Schilb contributed significantly with 19 and 16 points, respectively. This trio's outstanding performance was pivotal in overcoming the challenging Titans and moving the Saints' season record to an encouraging 3-1.

The Saints are set to continue their season, facing off against Waubonsie Valley at St. Charles East on December 2, 2025. The team remains focused on maintaining their strong start to the season as they prepare for the upcoming challenge.
