St Charles East Fighting Saints get their Second Win of the Season in a Dual Meet Against Riverside Brookfield Bulldogs

In a stellar display of skill and teamwork, the St Charles East High School Fighting Saints clinch their second dual victory of the season against the Riverside Brookfield High School Bulldogs. The meet, held at Riverside Brookfield High School, ended with significant wins in both junior varsity and varsity divisions for the Fighting Saints. This brings the Saints to a 2-0 dual meet record for the start of season for both junior varsity and varsity levels. In the junior varsity competition, St. Charles East dominated with a score of 108, while Riverside Brookfield managed only 52 points. The varsity team also showcased their prowess by securing a score of 100 to 59 in favor of St Charles East. Altogether, the meet was marked by impressive performances, including 34 lifetime best swims for the Saints, highlighting the depth and caliber of the team. Key moments of the meet revolved around the team's depth on relays, particularly noted at both the junior varsity and varsity levels. Coach Musial lauded his team's efforts, stating, 'The boys competed well with a tough week of training and managing the end of semester in school.' He emphasized their readiness for the upcoming invites saying, 'We are looking forward to some fun off-event invitationals this weekend as we prepare for the upcoming winter break training.' Looking ahead, St Charles East is scheduled to participate in upcoming invitationals with the varsity team headed to the Bronco Relays Invitational at Barrington High School and the junior varsity team competing at the Warriors Sprint Classic Invitational at Deerfield High School on December 13, 2025. Both teams currently hold a perfect record of 2-0 this season, setting high expectations for their next performances.
