How to Request Complimentary UW Tickets With Your WCA Membership
Your Wyoming Coaches Association (WCA) membership includes access to two complimentary University of Wyoming tickets per competition, subject to availability. UW offers a total allotment of 100 complimentary tickets per competition for WCA members. Here’s how to request yours and have your membership ready when you arrive at the gate.
For football and men’s basketball, you must complete the required form on the official UW ticket request page. These sports require an online request, so make that your first step when planning to attend. For many other sports, you can claim complimentary tickets directly at the gate by presenting proof of your WCA membership.
The request form normally opens every Monday at 10 a.m. Next week, during Labor Day week, it will open Tuesday at 10 a.m. instead. Keep that schedule change in mind so you’re ready when requests open for the upcoming games.
Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The online request site closes at noon the day before the game or sooner if all allotted tickets have been claimed. Submit your request early rather than waiting for the deadline, since availability depends on how quickly members claim the allotment.
At $70, our membership offers a ticket benefit worth keeping in mind: a single UW football ticket costs more than $50. Before heading to a game, make sure you have your WCA membership card, which you must present to receive tickets at the gate. Print it from your FinalForms dashboard or add it digitally to your Apple Wallet for easy access.
