Avon Eagles Freshman Team Faces Narrow Defeat Against A Lake Shoremen

In a sunny afternoon showdown at the Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet Stadium on October 24, 2024, the Avon High School Eagles Freshman football team faced a tough challenge against the A Lake Shoremen in a regular season clash. The Eagles led at halftime by a score of 8-7, this changed in the second half as they ultimately fell short with a final score of 22-14 against the Shoremen. The game was intensely competitive, with both teams displaying strong offensive efforts. The Shoremen's #10 Dawson Tenbrink was a standout performer, contributing significantly with three touchdowns, including a spectacular 80-yard touchdown run. He also succeeded in a 2-point conversion. For the Eagles, notable performances were seen from Noah Behymer and Trevor Sykora.
