Union Grove HS Varsity Broncos jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the first inning after River Jamison doubled, scoring two runs, McKenna Bones singled, scoring one run, Olivia Czuk hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Emma LaFrania drew a walk, scoring one run. Union Grove HS Varsity Broncos added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Bones doubled to center field, and Czuk grounded out, each scoring one run.
